Shipping and Payment
Fast Shipping
We do our best to ship orders within 1 day. Our maximum delay is 5 days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Paypal payments. Payments are secured by Shopify and Paypal. Q:tee (q-tee.fr) does not have access to your financial information.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package.
