Returns and Exchanges

Fantasy Jewelry Product Adjustment

If you wish to adjust the length of your necklace or bracelet, we tailor the size to your request. For a reduced length, a refund of the difference will be granted based on our current rates. For an extension, the additional cost, calculated according to our current prices, will be your responsibility.

We also offer a ring resizing service at no additional cost.

Product Exchange

If the model received does not meet your expectations, it is possible to proceed with an exchange.

Refund Request

If the model purchased does not satisfy you, a refund request is possible.

Return Conditions

• You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return, including the time needed to send the package back to an address in France.
• Sale products cannot be returned.
• Returned items must not have been previously subject to size modification or exchanged.
• Returned products must be in their original new condition, unworn, in order to be resold.
• Please notify us of your intention to return by email at assistance@q-tee.fr. We will respond to confirm the return procedure.
• Ensure to include your complete personal information (name, first name, etc.) as well as your order number in your return package.
• The return must include the complete item (clothing, shoes, or jewelry, along with their box and corresponding certificates).
• The costs associated with shipping the return are your responsibility.
• For all purchases and returns outside the European Union, import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email, we will refund the price you paid for the product except any applicable other tax or import and delivery duties and return fees.
• It is imperative to take necessary measures to prevent any loss or damage to the package during the return, as Q:tee cannot be held responsible in such a situation.
• Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
